This unit supports learners to develop the knowledge and skills required to provide individualised support to a person according to an individualised plan.
Learners will explore person-centred support, individual needs and preferences, dignity of risk, duty of care, privacy and confidentiality, support planning, personal care support, assistive technologies, documentation, reporting, and monitoring support activities.
This course is structured for VET-style learning and assessment preparation. It includes learning resources, practical scenarios, knowledge checks, reflection activities, support documentation tasks, and Edunixo assessment submission workflows.
